Methods to Connect:
Taping-Line up two points and using a small piece of clear packing tape, adhere either side of the overlapping points. Tying-Tie the necks of two balloons together and arrange as desired.
Banding- Cut off the neck of a latex balloon and use it as a rubber band to gather three or more points.
