Balloon Care Term & Conditions

Welcome to GoParty  It is your responsibility to read and agree to the following terms and conditions before submitting an order on this website. GoParty  refers to the website owner whose registered office is GoParty, 5817 Prosperity Church Rd. Suite A Charlotte NC 28269. The term "you" refers to a customer or visitor of the website or store. After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive your first order fulfillment email, indicating that your order has been successfully received. If you can't find the information, please check your spam box. Helium balloon orders will be ready in your scheduled pickup/delivery window. If you have any questions, please contact us via live chat or phone call at 704 210 8080 during business hours. We accept last minute orders in your selected time frame, except for customized balloons that need to be confirmed before ordering. Please also read the instructions in the email we sent you. The invoice is also attached to the order confirmation. Please also ensure that all order details in the checkout are correct before submitting your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order if for any reason we are unable to fulfill it.

1) Delivery of Helium Balloons 

(i) [General]

If the driver cannot be contacted by phone upon arrival, the driver will do his best to place the balloons at the venue. to avoid redelivery charges. However, if the venue does not accept the balloons, the delivery will be marked as "failed" and the entire order will be returned to our warehouse.

The return trip will take an additional 2-4 hours, depending on the driver's schedule. If you are in a hurry, we will come to pick you up. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please refrain from requesting empty hours to pick up balloons.

(ii) Always make sure someone is available to pick up the helium balloon as early as possible during your reserved time slot. Driver at the place he can't wait more than 10 minutes. Receive the balloon before it arrives at the scene and handle the balloon with care after the driver has passed the helium balloon. If the balloon is forwarded to an outside person or event staff on duty, we accept no responsibility if it is found to be defective/ruptured.

(iii)  Do not expose to direct sunlight or near sharp objects. Ideally, we recommend placing the helium balloon indoors to extend the hovering time. Choose to have your helium balloon delivered a few hours before your event. The floating time of helium balloons may vary depending on the type of balloon (in general, latex balloons have a shorter floating time than foil balloons). As a general guide, see the helium balloon float times below. If a small balloon bursts during/after delivery, this is beyond our control (e.g. if a 12 inch balloon bursts, we will only refund the total amount). We will redeliver balloons only if (up to 1 hour after her receipt/delivery):

Choose to have your helium balloon delivered a few hours before your event. The float time of helium balloons depends on the type of balloon (in general, latex balloons have a shorter float time than foil balloons). As a general guide, see the helium balloon float times below.
If a small balloon bursts during/after delivery, this is beyond our control (e.g. if a 12 inch balloon bursts, we will only refund the total amount). We will redeliver balloons only if the main balloon (custom balloon) is ruptured or damaged (up to 1 hour after receipt/delivery).
Balloons will expand or contract due to temperature differences and may wrinkle customized balloon labels. Do not place the balloon between points with large temperature differences. The balloon will be stressed and may burst.
(v) Helium balloons will be delivered during the selected time slot. However, due to weather and traffic conditions, the actual delivery time may take up-to 1 hour to 2  hours longer than the indicated time, 
(vi) Changes due to date, time or address changes must be notified at least 2 business days prior to the reservation date. If you do not contact us just before the balloon is inflated and quality control is performed, we will not be able to accept your changes.

2) Helium Balloons

Placing the balloon in a hot environment (such as in a car boot or in the hot sun) is not recommended as it can cause gas expansion. We are not responsible if you do not handle the balloons carefully.)
Gases compress when cold and expand when hot. If ordering 40" letter/number foil balloons, we recommend requesting straws from store staff at time of collection.

Balloons are considered fragile, so please handle balloons carefully and avoid contact with sharp points or objects. It's also a good idea to check the surrounding vehicle interior for sharp edges that could damage the balloon. We will not be held responsible for any damage to the balloons due to improper handling after receipt.
In the event of a foil balloon bursting or leaking. Defective balloons must be returned to us for replacement by recall.
Balloons will expand or contract due to temperature differences and may wrinkle customized balloon labels. Do not place the balloon between points with large temperature differences. The balloon will be stressed and may even burst.
(iv) Helium balloons that are placed outside, we are not responsible for lost or damaged balloons.

4) Helium balloon float time
It is important to understand the type of balloon in terms of float life. Collecting balloons early is not recommended as it will shorten the life of the balloon.

Balloons must only be booked for the same event date.

Foil Balloons

16/18" Foil Balloons ~ 24 hours minimum
40" Giant Number/Letter Foil Balloons ~ 24 hours minimum
Bouquet Foil Balloons ~ 24 hours minimum
Orbs Balloons ~ 24 hours minimum 24 hours ~ 3 days
Air-loon Balloons ~ minimum 24 hours ~ 3 days

Bubble Balloons

24" Personalized Bubble Balloons ~ minimum 24 hours ~ 3 days
Especially for personalized stickers , prevent balloons from oxidizing and labels from wrinkling and air bubbles.

We do not take any responsibility if the balloon does not float after the stipulated floating time.
